Hybrid Strength & Conditioning utilizes a combination of powerlifting, weightlifting, and body building components in a more traditional strength training program. It features heavier weights with a smaller conditioning component. Athletes of all abilities see huge gains by focusing first on technique over weight and what their body is telling them over numbers on the bar. 

Carved From Granite focuses on activating small muscle groups and using high intensity training for a high calorie burn. This class allows athletes to become universally stronger by incorporating unilateral movements, lighter weights, and higher heart rate training to increase cardiovascular fitness and full body muscle endurance. By training individual small muscles that are used in large compound movements such as a squat or clean, we keep the body safe and sturdy under heavy loads.
